How the Kalowen network works
Consistent pricing
Kalowen retail prices are established consistently across the network. The camper price should not depend on the selected dealer, subject to taxes, transportation, installation, options and applicable external charges.
Regional assignment
When a dealer is established in a region, inquiries from that territory are normally assigned to that dealer to support local service.
Region without a dealer
When no dealer is established, Kalowen can assist the customer directly until a regional partner is appointed.
Customer circumstances
The customer may discuss alternative sales or service arrangements with Kalowen when a particular situation requires them.
