These terms govern access to the Kalowen Camper website and the use of its content, forms and informational tools.

Use of the website does not automatically create an order, reservation, financing approval, warranty acceptance or dealer appointment.

Product information

The website presents general information about Kalowen products. Prices on the Canadian website are in Canadian dollars and are before applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Transportation, installation, selected options and third-party charges may be additional.

Specifications and component availability may evolve. The exact brands or models of certain components may be confirmed in applicable order documents. Images may show a particular configuration, finish, accessory or setting. Signed sales documents govern the transaction and cannot be changed unilaterally by general website content.

Truck compatibility

Truck-compatibility information presented on the website is preliminary. Compatibility depends on the manufacturer’s official payload, GVWR, axle ratings, cab, box, equipment, passengers, cargo and tie-down system.

Upgraded suspension does not automatically increase the official limits established by the truck manufacturer. A Kalowen review does not replace the truck manufacturer’s documents, labels or limits.

Forms and communications

Submitting a form does not guarantee an immediate response and does not automatically create a contract. KSR and KDA references identify service requests and dealer applications; they are not approvals.

The service form is not an emergency service. A dealer application is not a dealer appointment. A financing-information form is not a credit application. Optional marketing consent is separate from the operational communication required to answer a request.

Orders, deposits and sales

No deposit is paid directly through the website. An order requires separate sales documents. The amount and treatment of a deposit, including any applicable refund conditions, are governed by the signed documents for the transaction.

General website information does not replace a contract. Depending on the transaction, the selling dealer may be the contracting party. Nothing in these terms reduces mandatory rights granted by consumer-protection law.

Financing

Financing information is general. Kalowen is not presented as a lender and does not guarantee approval, a rate, a payment or a financing solution. Any option depends on the lender, the applicant’s file and the applicable conditions.

The website does not request banking details or a social insurance number.

Warranty and service

The website warranty summary does not replace the official warranty document. Warranty repairs may require prior authorization. Response or shipping objectives are service targets, not absolute guarantees. Emergency situations must be directed to the appropriate emergency services.

Applicable signed documents and the official warranty govern the file. These website terms do not add new warranty exclusions.

Dealer applications

A dealer application does not guarantee exclusivity, a territory or approval. No dealer relationship exists until the applicable review has been completed and a written agreement has been signed.

Public dealer-program information is not an offer of partnership and does not disclose or replace internal commercial terms.

Intellectual property

The Kalowen name and marks, logos, photographs, text, graphics, videos, drawings, specification sheets, code and website presentation are owned by Kalowen or used with authorization.

Normal personal and informational use is permitted. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, removal of ownership notices, misleading use of the brand and presenting a business as an authorized dealer without authorization are prohibited, subject to uses permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the website, transmit malicious code, use abusive automation, impersonate another person, submit false applications, perform unauthorized mass data collection or use the website unlawfully.

This restriction does not prohibit normal indexing by authorized search engines.

External links

The website may link to dealer sites, Google Maps, social networks, financial institutions and external suppliers. These services have their own content, terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily endorse all third-party content.

Liability and mandatory rights

The website is provided for informational purposes. Kalowen works to keep information current, but errors, omissions or service interruptions may occur. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Changes to these terms

Kalowen may update these terms when the website, its services or applicable requirements change. The new version and its updated date will be published on this page. Changes do not unilaterally amend an already signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are interpreted according to the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply according to the customer’s place of residence.
